DNA Image Analysis of Giant Cell Tumor in Bone

目的 探讨骨巨细胞瘤病理分级与 DNA含量和倍体的关系。 方法 将 36例骨巨细胞瘤进行 Feulgen染色 ,然后用彩色图像分析系统进行 DNA含量和倍体测定。 结果 骨巨细胞瘤各病理分级之间的 DNA含量和倍体差异均无显著性 ( P>0 .0 5 )。 结论 传统的 Jaffe分级已不能全面反映骨巨细胞瘤的生物学行为。

To study the correlation between pathologic grading and DNA content and chromosome ploidy in giant cell tumor of bone \ Methods\ 36 cases of giant cell tumor of bone were stained by using Feulgen method, and then analyzed by using color image analysis system \ Results\ DNA content of grade Ⅰ,grade Ⅱ,and grade Ⅲ was 1 2123, 1 2696 and 1 3346 respectively Tumor cells of aneuploid were observed in every grade of giant cell tumor of bone Pathologic grading did not correlate with DNA content and chromosome ploidy(P>0 05) \ Conclusion\ Jaffe pathologic grading system has a limited utility for predicting the tumor's biologic behavior \;
