摘要
目的 观察宫川棘口吸虫虫卵、尾蚴及成虫的体被超微结构 ,为其分类及其生物学特性的进一步认识提供资料。 方法 通过实验感染的方式维持生活史循环 ,主要采用扫描电子显微镜观察虫体形态 ,光学显微镜观察发育过程。 结果 虫卵前端有卵盖、末端有皱褶增厚部分 ;尾蚴的口吸盘周围对称分布着有纤毛的乳突 ,有或无纤毛的凹陷及小孔 ;具纤毛的乳突在虫体的其余部分也有发现 ,可能起感觉器的作用。 结论 尾蚴的体被具有分泌、排泄功能 ;尾蚴尾部有鳍 ,有助于尾蚴在水中活动。
To observe the tegumental ultrastructure of egg,cercariae and the adults of Echinostoma Miyagawai may provide information for its taxonomic studies and its biological characteristic.\ Methods\ To preserve life history cycle by experimental infection.\ E.Miyagawai′s body examined mainly by using scanning electron microscopy and its developed process by using optical microcopy.\ Results\ There is egg cover before insect egg and is wrinkled increase part behind it.\ The nipples having cilium,sanken having or not cilium and little holes are distributed symmetrically around the oral sucker of cercariae.\ The nipples having cilium are discovered in the rest,which may have sense function.\ Conclusion\ The cercariae′s tegumental has secreted and excreted function.\ The tail bin of it was described,which can help it working in the water.\;
