摘要
目的:评价弹力袖口缝合法在食管胃对端吻合术中的效果。方法:在过去的二十年里,我们手术治疗了贲门癌1876例,手术切除率为90%(1689/1876)。其中1068例在贲门癌瘤切除后应用弹力袖口缝合法行食管胃对端吻合术并深埋高套吻合口。结果:术后未发生吻合口瘘和严重吻合口狭窄,术后返酸症状也大大减轻。结论:弹力袖口缝合法有助于减少术后并发症提高其治疗效果。
Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of elastic cuff suture in esophagogastrostomy.Method： Over the past 20 years,1876 patients were treated by surgery for cancer of the esophagogastric junction.The resective rate was 90%（1689/1876）.Of these,1068 patients whose tumor of the esophagogastric junction be resected received elastic cuff sutureing in esophagogastrostomy,while deep bury sutureing for the anastomosis.Result： We founded that there＇s no leakage and stenosis of the anastomosis occur.Acid reflux symptoms significantly reduced.Conclusion： The results showed that elastic cuff sutureing helps to reduce complications and improve surgical treatment.
