48例甲状腺癌的高频彩色超声显像与病理结果对照分析

Comparative Study of High-frequency Color Doppler Ultrasound Image with Pathological Results in 48 Cases Thyroid Carcinoma

目的:探讨高频彩色超声在甲状腺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法:对48例单发经手术病理证实为甲状腺癌的高频彩色超声图像特征与病理结果进行对照分析。结果:48例单发甲状腺癌中乳头状癌34个(70.8%),滤泡状癌9个(18.8%),髓样癌3个(6.8%),未分化癌2个(4.2%);表现为低回声38例(79.2%),边缘模糊不清35例(72.9%),微小钙化31例(64.6%),有较明显血流信号44例(91.7%),颈部淋巴结转移26例(54.2%)。总体诊断符合率81.3%。结论:大多数甲状腺癌的超声表现具有特征性,综合分析可提高诊断准确率。

Objective： To investigate the value of high-frequency color doppler ultrasound in diagnosing of thyroid carcinoma.Method： 48 cases of pathologically proved solitary thyroid cancer,high-frequency color doppler ultrasound image features were compared with pathological results.Result： 48 malignant nodules included 34 papillary carcinoma（70.8%）,9 follicular carcinoma（18.8%）,3 medullary carcinoma（6.8%） and 2 non-differentiated carcinoma（4.2%）.And the ultrasound manifestations were hypoechoic in 38 cases（79.2%）,circumscribed margin in 35 cases（72.9%）,internal micro-calcification in 31 cases（64.6%）,blood flow signals in 44 cases（91.7%） and neck lymph node metastasis in 26 cases（54.2%）.And the general ultrasound diagnostic accuracy rate was 81.3%.Conclusion： The ultrasound manifestations of thyroid carcinoma have some characteristics,and general analysis may improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
