腹腔镜联合纤维胆道镜治疗胆总管结石15例分析

Analyzing 15 Cases Common Bile Duct Stones Treated by Laparoscopcy Combined with Choledochofiberscope

目的:总结腹腔镜联合纤维胆道镜治疗胆总管结石的体会。方法:回顾分析2008年3月至今我院应用腹腔镜联合纤维胆道镜微创治疗15例胆总管结石的临床资料。结果:手术时间60-150min,平均114min,无严重并发症发生。结论:腹腔镜联合纤维胆道镜治疗胆总管结石具有创伤小、切口感染率低、术后恢复快、腹腔脏器粘连轻等优点,临床效果好,安全可靠。

Objective： To summarize the clinical experience of the treatment of common bile duct stones by laparoscopic and choledochoscope.Method： The clinical data of 15 cases cured common bile duct stones by laparoscopic and choledochoscope minimally invasive in our hospital since March 2008 to present were retrospectively analyzed.Result： The operation time was 60-150 minutes,an average of 114 minutes,no serious complications.Conclusion： The treatment of common bile duct stones by laparoscopic and choledochoscope has the advantages of less trauma,low wound infection rate,rapid postoperative recovery,light in abdominal adhesions internal organs.with good clinical effects,safety and reliability.
