目的:探讨先天性肛门直肠畸形围手术期的护理经验,降低手术死亡率,提高治愈率,减少术后并发症和恢复肛门的正常排便功能。方法:回顾分析2004年以来诊治的60例先天性肛门直肠畸形的临床资料,结果:按照直肠盲端至肛门皮肤的距离分为高位闭锁、中位闭锁、低位闭锁三类,其中会阴肛门成形术35例,结肠造口术25例。结论:先天性肛门直肠畸形属低位完全性或不完全性梗阻,死亡率与手术延误成正比,因此必须尽快做好围手术期的护理,利用简单的手术方式解除梗阻,抢救患者生命。

Objective： To discuss the nursing methods in perioperative period in the treatment of congenital malformation,so that the operative mortality can be reduced and the cure rate can be improved.In addition,try to reduce post-operative complications and restore normal bowel function anus.Method： Retrospective analysis was made on the data of 60 cases of diagnosis and treatment of congenital anorectal malformation since 2004.Result： According to the distance between blind end of rectum and anal skin,it is divided into high,medium,low imperforate anus.35 patients were treated with perineoanoplasty and colostomy were performed on the other 25 patients.Conclusion： Congenital anorectal malformations belong to low complete or incomplete obstruction.The mortality rate with surgery is proportional to the delay of surgery.So it is necessary to do perioperative nursing care as soon as possible.Try to use simple surgical method to relieve the obstruction.Perioperative nursing care is the key to ensure the lives of babies.
