口腔卫生健康教育对改善患者口腔卫生状况的效果评价

Evaluating the Effect of Oral Health Education on Oral Health Status of Patients

目的:评价口腔卫生健康教育对患者口腔卫生状况的改善效果。方法:选取于我社区医院就诊的103例患者,随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组53人,对照组50人。口腔卫生健康教育的方式主要包括口腔健康知识宣传教育和发放口腔健康知识的小册子,对照组不做口腔卫生健康教育。结果:3个月后所有患者复查,与对照组相比,实验组的简化口腔卫生指数有明显改善,菌斑控制百分率和探诊出血百分率明显降低。结论:通过系统的口腔卫生健康教育学习,患者的口腔卫生状况可得到明显改善。

Objective： To evaluate the effect of oral health education programme on oral health status of patients.Method： 103 patients were involved in the research.The experimental group with 53 patients,and the control group with 50 patients.Oral health education sessions were conducted for the experimental groups,these patients were taught about oral health knowledge and manual ways,and no action for the control group during three months.Result： After 3 months,the OH I-S results of experimental group were more significantly improved than control group,and PCR and BOPR results were also significantly improved.Conclusion： Oral health education programme was effective to improve the oral health status of patients.
