摘要
现代医学终身教育分为3个阶段,即学校基本教育-毕业后医学教育-继续医学教育。医学毕业后教育是医学毕业生迈进合法医生大门的金钥匙,为了让医学毕业生顺利成为合法医生,促进医疗卫生事业和谐健康地发展,作者通过多种途径,了解并对比了中外医学毕业后教育的现状,从而提出了符合当今中国国情的建议。
Modern life-long medical education is divided into three stages： school basic education, post-gradu- ation education and continuing medical education. Post-graduation medical education is the golden key to medical students＇ becoming a legal physician after graduation. To make medical graduates become legal doctors and promote the harmonious and healthy development of medical care cause, we try various means to understand and compare the status quo of post-graduation education at home and abroad so as to propose suggestions that fit China＇ s present actual conditions.
