Building Good Post-doctoral Research Workstation to Promote the Development of Transformation Medicine

转化医学是一个新兴的多学科融合的领域,致力于探讨如何将实验室的研究发现转化、导向为有利于疾病诊断、治疗方法的提高。博士后工作坚持产、学、研相结合,坚持公开、平等、竞争、择优的原则,着力提高博士后研究人员的创新能力,在促进学科发展,加快培养创新能力人才队伍方面发挥着日益重要的作用。本文就医院博士后科研工作站在转化医学发展中的作用展开论述。

At present, transformation medicine, an emerging field of multi-subjects amalgamation, focuses on examining how to transform laboratory studies into the improvement of disease diagnosis and treatment. Postdoctoral work adheres to industry-university combination and the principle of openness, equality, competition and choosing the best so as to improve the innovative ability of post-doctoral researchers. Nowadays, post-doctoral work has played an important role in promoting academic development and speeding up the training of an innovative team. This paper discusses the role of hospital post-doctoral research workstation in the development of transformation medicine.
