PBL教学法在心血管内科实习生教学查房中的应用研究 被引量:15

摘要 为了探讨PBL教学法在心血管内科实习生教学查房中的作用,将在心血管内科实习的163名实习生分成实验组和对照组,分别采用PBL教学法、传统教学法进行教学查房,实习结束时进行理论考试、书写住院病历和教学满意度调查。结果与对照组相比,实验组理论考试成绩、住院病历的书写质量和教学满意度明显增高(P<0.01)。说明在心血管内科实习生教学查房中,采用PBL教学法更能提高教学效果。 To observe the effects of PBL in teaching ward-round of cardiovascular medical interns, 163 cardiovascular medical interns were divided into experiment group and control group, who received PBL and the traditional teaching method, respectively. At the end of the practice, theory examination, writing of inpatient medical records, and satisfaction survey were carried out. Compared with those in control group, scores of theory examination, quality of inpatient medical records and satisfaction of teaching were significantly better in experiment group (P 〈 0. 01 ). PBL in teaching ward-round of cardiovascular medical interns can improve the teaching effects better.
