柴油的相转移催化氧化脱硫工艺的研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用燃灯法测定柴油中硫含量.用相转移催化氧化-萃取法对柴油脱硫工艺进行了研究.考察了反应温度、时间、氧化剂、催化剂和相转移剂的用量和萃取剂种类等因素对脱硫效果的影响.结果表明:以四丁基溴化铵(TBAB)为相转移催化剂,反应温度为60℃,反应时间180 min,过氧化氢与柴油的体积比为0.08,V(HCOOH)/V(H2O2)=0.5时,TBAB与柴油的质量比为m(TBAB)/m(diesel)=0.001,选用DMF为萃取剂,柴油的脱硫率为90.2%. The sulphur-lamp method is used to determine the sulfur content in diesel.Oxidation-extraction desulfurization of diesel by phase transfer catalysis was investigated.The influence of the reaction temperature and time and the content of oxidant,catalyst,phase transfer and extracting agent on the desulfurization effect were studied.The results show that the desulfurization rate was up to 90.2% under the conditions of V(H 2O 2)/ V(diesel) =0.08,V(HCOOH)/ V(H 2O 2)=0.5,m(TBAB)/ m(diesel)=0.001,after 180 min reaction at 60 ℃ with DMF as extractant,TBAB as phase-transfer catalyst.
