海南省高校女教师职业倦怠现状的调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Female Teachers' Burnout at Hainan Colleges and Universities

高校女教师是高校教育师资队伍的重要组成部分,是高等教育工作不可缺少的生力军。然而,近年来的高校改革在提高学校竞争力的同时,也给女教师的职业生涯带来前所未有的压力和冲击。本研究采用横断面问卷调查对海南省高校女教师的职业倦怠现状进行了调查分析,旨在探索高校女教师职业倦怠的现状及其发生的影响因素,为高校女教师职业倦怠现状干预措施的制定提供一些理论依据。

Female teachers are an important part of higher education faculty and an indispensable force in higher education. In recent years, university reforms in improving school competitiveness have brought unprecedented pressure and shock to female teachers＇ career. This study used a cross-sectional questionnaire survey to investigate and analyze female teachers＇ burnout at college and universities of Hainan Province. The purpose is to explore female teachers＇ status of job burnout and its risk factors and provide a theoretical basis for interventions.
