摘要
教辅工作既是教学过程的重要环节,也是实验教学质量的基本保障。本文从化学实验教辅人员的视角就如何做好教辅工作谈几点体会。
Teaching auxiliary work is both an important link of teaching process and an essential guarantee forexperiment teaching quality. In this paper several understandings on how to do auxiliary teaching work well are suggested.
