青年医师是现代医学领域的未来,应该对他(她)们进行医德医风、人文修养、良好的心理素质、扎实的专业知识及开拓创新能力等全方位的教育培养,努力使其成为高水平、高素质的新一代优秀临床医师,成为祖国医学的栋梁,很好地服务于社会。
Young physicians are the future of modern medicine; therefore, we must carry out an all-directional education training regarding medical ethics, humane accomplishment, good psychological quality, solid pro-fessional knowledge and innovation ability so as to make them become high-level and high-quality clinicians of the new generation as well as pillars of China＇ s medicine cause, and serve the society well.
