摘要
粗苯乙烯塔(3200×64750×16/18),分5段吊装、组对、焊接的施工方法.四道环焊缝均采用手工钨极氩弧焊(简称TIG焊)打底,手工电弧焊(简称ARC)盖面.进行20%焊缝X射线探伤,其结果一次合格率100%.氩弧焊打底提高了焊接质量,降低了劳动强度,减少施工工序,缩短有效工期(不含电焊盖面)60.670%,降低成本(直接成本)4.6%.
Five sections were lifted to assemble the crude styrene tower(φ 3,200×64750×16/18) by welding method.The total four welding rings were processed with TIG welding at the bottom layer and with manual ARC welding at surface.The X-ray detection for 20% weld shows a qualified rate 100%.So the argon-arc welding bottoming technique improves the welding quality,reduces the labor intensity,reduces the construction process,shortens the effective period(excluding electric welding cover face) 60.670% and reduces costs(direct costs) 4.6%.
