摘要
文章通过借鉴相关研究清晰地界定了联盟能力的内涵并分析了其构成,并且具体剖析了任务特征和组织文化以及它们和联盟能力之间的关系。根据以上的分析结果,提出了一个理论模型,该模型为任务特征和组织文化对联盟能力的影响提供了一个相对科学的理论基础和清晰的分析思路。
