摘要
目的:探讨不全饥饿状态下的合理营养。方法:通过半量限食的方法造成大鼠不全饥饿状态模型,观察饲料产热营养素组成对动物营养状况、生化代谢及体能变化的影响。结果:不全饥饿状态下增加脂肪摄入可以明显改善动物的营养状况,有效地维持动物的运动耐力。
Objective: The adequate nutritional intervention in incomplete starvation was investigated in this study. Methods: The rats were restricted half in food intake to induce incomplete starvarion and the ratio of three energy-procucing nutrients in diet was changed in different groups. The changes in nutritional status, metabolic process and physical endurance were observed. Results: The results showed that the diet high in fat could improve the nutritional status and maintain the physical endurance in incompletely starved rats. Conclusion: Increase in fat consumption is recommended in incomplete starvation.
