摘要
目的分析评价国产GlobalCure-SC6型Q开关掺钕钇铝石榴石(Neodymium Yttrium Alumi-num Garnet,Nd:YAG)激光治疗色素增多性皮肤病的疗效及副反应。方法门诊随机选取80例色素增多性皮肤病患者,其中表层和真皮层色素性疾病各30例,雀斑、老年斑等表层色素性疾病采用532nm波长,2~4mm光斑,能量密度2.0~3.0 J/cm2;褐青色斑、文身等真皮层色素病变选择1064nm波长,2~4mm光斑,能量密度为3.0~6.0J/cm2。每次治疗间隔1~3个月,给予2~4疗程治疗,随访2~6个月,观察疗效和不良反应。结果经2~4次治疗,80例患者的总有效率达到90.0%,总痊愈率为32.5%;其中表皮层色素增多的有效率为92.5%,痊愈率为42.5%;真皮层色素增多的有效率为87.5%,痊愈率为22.5%。两组间总有效率和总痊愈率均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。术后出现暂时性色素沉着5例(6.25%),无瘢痕发生。结论 GlobalCure-SC6型Q开关Nd:YAG激光用于治疗色素增多性皮肤病变具有较好的疗效。
Objective To observe the efficacy of domestic GlobalCure-SC6-type Q switched Nd: YAG laser treating the pigmented skin diseases.Methods 80 cases of pigmentation of skin disease,30 cases in the epidermis,such as freckles,age spots,using 532nm wavelength,2~4mm spot,the energy density of 2.0~3.0 J/cm2;Ota-like macules,tattoos and other dermal pigment using 1064nm wavelength,2~4mm spot,the energy density was 3.0~6.0J/cm2.interval of 1~3 months,given 2 to 4 sections,followed up for 2 to 6 months to observe the efficacy and adverse reactions.Results After 2~4 times the total complete rate(CR) was 90.0% and the total partial rate(PR)was 32.5%(n = 80);in epidermis pigmentation CR was 92.5%,PR was 42.5%(n = 40);in dermal pigmentationPR was 87.5%,CR was 22.5%.There was no significant difference between the two groups in CR or PR(P 0.05).5 cases(6.25%)had transient hyperpigmentation and no scar formation.Conclusions GlobalCure-SC6-type Q switched Nd: YAG laser is effective for the treatment of pigmented skin lesions.
