摘要
目的:了解高温环境中的复合因素对战士血中电解质及相关激素水平的影响,为改善军事作业环境提供依据。方法:选择某电子对抗部队和某坦克部队官兵共64 人,在高温、高湿、电磁辐射、振动及噪声等复合因素作用下连续作业1 个摩托小时,观察实验前后战士血中电解质及相关激素的变化。结果:电子对抗部队受试战士血清K+ 、Ca2 + 、心钠素及醛固酮水平和坦克部队受试战士血清K+ 、Ca2 + 、Na+ 、心钠素及皮质醇水平在作业前后皆有非常显著性差异。结论:高温环境复合因素对战士机体影响显著。
Objective: To investigate the effects of compound factors on serum electrolytes and related hormones for soldiers in thermal environment and to provide basis for improvement of military working environment. Methods: 64 soldiers successively exercised for l hour(motor-hour) in thermal environment with the compound factors such as high-humidity, electromagnetic radiation, vibration and noise. Their electrolytes and related hormones in serum were observed before and after the exercise. Results: There were significant differences in serum K +, Ca 2+ , ANF, ALD for electronic countermeasures soldiers, and so were much significant differences in serum K +, Ca 2+ , ANF, COR for tank soldiers between before and after the exercise.Conclusion: The compound factors had distinct effects on serum electrolytes and related hormones of soldoers in thermal environment.
