军用固体运动饮料对热习服动物心肌损伤的保护作用 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察军用固体运动饮料对热习服动物心肌损伤的保护作用,旨在为应用提供依据。方法:观察日本大耳白兔在热应激和热习服时的心肌酶谱等指标及胃饲饮料时的变化。结果:(1) 热习服组动物心肌有明显损伤,心肌酶谱较对照组明显升高( P< 0 .01) ,并伴有血钾升高、血钙及血糖降低;(2) 饮料热习服组心肌酶谱与对照组接近( P> 0 .05) ,而血钙及血钾异常程度较轻;(3) 饮料热习服组动物基础体温明显低于未服饮料组( P< 0 .05) ;(4) 饮料热习服组受热时体温升高幅度低于未服饮料组,120 min 时有显著差别( P< 0 .05) 。结论:提示军用固体运动饮料具有降低动物基础体温,延缓受热动物体温升高。 Objective: It is to observe the protective effects of solid exercise drink for army (SD) to the myocardium of animals suffering heat acclimation. Methods: Biochemical changes of myocardium in heated white rabbits fed with SD were observed. Results: (1)there was higher activity of myocardiac enzymes and serum potassium, lower serum calcium and blood sugar in heat acclimation (HA) group when compared with those in control group (P<0.01),;(2)the levels of myocardiac enzymes in SD-HA group were close to those in control group, and the changes of serum potassium, serum calcium and blood sugar in SD-HA group were moderate ; (3)the bas ic body temperature in SD-HA group was markedly lower than that in HA group without SD; (4)the rise of body temperature during heat exposure in SD-HA group was lower than that in HA group without SD, and the differece between them was significant at 2 hour of heat exposure. Conclusion: Solid exercise drink for Army had the effect of decreasing basic body temperature, postponing body temperature rise and protecting myocardium.
