半流式DPF排气背压和过滤效率公式的建立 被引量:1

摘要 分析了半流式DPF的工作原理,建立了其排气背压和过滤效率的数学公式,试验验证了公式的正确性,能够较准确地计算半流式DPF的排气背压和过滤效率;半流式DPF在柴油机排气后处理领域有良好应用效果。 The working principle of partial flow DPF is analyzed. The mathematical formulas of exhaust back pressure and filtration efficiency were set up, and through experiments, the formulas were verified to be correct, which could be used to calculate the back pressure and filtration efficiency accurately. Partial flow DPF would have excellent application effect in exhaust after-treatment field.
