笔者以应用文献管理软件NoteExpress创建个人专题数据库,形成以文献题录为核心的全文数据库,并对数据库进行有效管理为例,阐述利用NoteExpress创建和管理个人数字图书馆,实现个人数字化知识的收集及有效管理,提供最个性化的信息服务。

The author took the process when establishing personal topical database,constructing text database centralized catalogue database,and effectively managing database with the help of NoteExpress as an example,So as to interpret the method of constructing and managing Personal Digital Libruary on the basis of NoteExpress.As a measure of information collection and organization for personal digital knowledge,provided the most personalized information service.
