摘要
简要讨论了近年来植物抗病毒基因工程的几种策略,主要有:外壳蛋白介导的抗性策略、复制酶介导的抗性策略、运动蛋白介导的抗性策略、RNA干扰介导的抗性策略。分析了几种抗病毒策略可能存在的潜在风险,主要包括:异源包壳、重组、协生、RNA干扰介导的抗性被含有沉默抑制子的病毒侵染后攻破等,并根据风险产生的机制分析了各种风险产生的原因,提出一些减少风险的方法。
The strategies of plant anti-virus genetic engineering in recent years were briefly discussed.These strategies mainly include coat protein-mediated resistance strategy,replicase-mediated resistance strategy,movement protein-mediated resistance strategy and RNA interference-mediated resistance strategy.In addition,the potential risks of these strategies were also analyzed,mainly including heterologous encapsidation,recombination,synergism,and broking of RNA interference by virus-encoded RNA silencing suppressor.Based on the mechanisms of risk production,the reasons were analyzed and several effective methods were also developed to reduce the risks.
