摘要
采用乙腈提取,基质固相萃取净化,HPLC测定,建立了高效氯氰菊酯在山茱萸上的残留分析方法。结果表明:高效氯氰菊酯在0.03~0.12μg范围内线性关系良好,其相关系数为0.9986,仪器的最小检出量为1.5×10-11g。在0.05μg、0.1μg、0.5μg 3个添加水平上,高效氯氰菊酯的平均回收率为80.87%~94.61%,相对标准偏差为2.09%~7.42%。该方法灵敏度和精密度均能满足微量农药残留分析要求,可实现对山茱萸样品中高效氯氰菊酯的快速定量测定。
A simplified method was developed for determining the residue of beta-cypermethrin pesticide in Cornus officinalis using HPLC for analysis.The QuEChERS(quick,easy,cheap,effective,rugged and safe)sample preparation method was modified to produce good analytical results for pesticide beta-cypermethrin.The pesticide was extracted from samples with acetonitrile,and purified by matrix solid-phase dispersion using anhydrous MgSO4,PSA and C18.The results showed that good linearity for beta-cypermethrin existed in the range of 0.03-0.12 μg with the correlation coefficient of 0.998 6.The detection limit of the instrument was 1.5×10-11 g.Use of matrix-matched standards provided acceptable results for pesticide beta-cypermethrin with overall average recovery between 80% and 94%.The consistent RSD was 4.5% for pesticide in sarcocarp and 7.5% for pesticide in leaf.
