摘要 通过对超氧阴离子自由基和羟自由基清除率的测定以及对小鼠组织、血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量的测定来研究香天竺葵非挥发性提取物的抗氧化活性。结果表明,香天竺葵精油对超氧阴离子自由基和羟自由基有较强的清除能力,且随质量浓度增加而增强,以IC50(清除率为50%时的质量浓度)作为评价指标,其分别是5.1μg/mL和0.8μg/mL。香天竺葵的精油使用量达到3.0μL/kg时,小鼠肝组织中SOD活性与对照相比提高19.9%,而MDA含量比对照下降38.52%,血清中SOD活性和CAT活性分别增加35.86%、21.10%,均与对照有极显著差异(P<0.01)。 In this study,antioxidant activity of Pelargonium fragrans essential oil was further studied in vitro and in vivo.Antioxidant in vitro determined the scavenging effect of its extract on superoxide anion radical and hydroxyl radical produced by the chemical model system and antioxidant in vivo was studied by measuring the superoxide dismutase activity,CAT activity,and the MDA content.The result showed that the anti-oxidation effect of Pelargonium fragrans essential oil could entrance the clearance rates of hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion radical and their IC50 concentrations were 5.1 μg/mL and 0.8 μg/mL respectively.The application amount of the essential oils from Pelargonium fragrans reached 3.0 μL/kg in mouse experiments,and the SOD,CAT activity in the mice serum increased significantly compared with the control,while the content of MDA in liver tissue was very notably reduced compared with the control.
