摘要
为了建立了一种贝类食物中膝沟藻毒素快速筛选方法。将样品用0.05 mol/L的盐酸提取膝沟藻毒素,阴离子柱净化提取液,柱前衍生化反应后在波长为310 nm的紫外灯下观察有无荧光产生,快速筛选贝类食物中的膝沟藻毒素。结果表明,衍生化产物在避光条件下30 min内保持稳定,当膝沟藻毒素添加量为0.8 mg/kg时,荧光现象明显。与高效液相色谱分析的检测结果有较好的一致性。该方法快捷、准确,可用于贝类食物中的膝沟藻毒素快速筛选。
A method for rapid screening the gonyautions in shellfish was developed in this study.Gonyautions in the shellfish samples were extracted with 0.05 mol/L hydrochloric acid,the supernatant was cleaned up by passing through SPE anion exchange cartridge and derived by derivatization reagent.The derivatives were inspected by UV lamp at 310 nm.The fluorescence signal of the samples spiked at 0.8 mg/kg with gonyautions were obviously observed and kept stable in 30 minutes.The results showed consistent credibility and accuracy as compared to the method with HPLC.The method of extraction and derivation of gonyautions from shellfish samples were established.
