摘要心理资本有助于大学生在职业生涯发展过程中最终赢得职场竞争优势。本文揭示了心理资本诸要素"自信、希望、乐观、韧性、感恩和宽恕"对大学生职业生涯发展的作用机理:自我效能影响人的"动机性努力";希望和乐观促成个体对行为成败作积极归因;韧性能克服职业倦怠、职业高原障碍;感恩能聚集职场资源;宽恕能化解职场中的负面能量。 Psychological capital is helpful to win competitive advantage finally for college students in the process of career development.This paper reveals the mechanism of the various elements such as ＂self-confidence,hope,optimism,resilience,thanksgiving and forgiveness＂of psychological capital on the career development of college students.The self-efficacy affects people＇s ＂motivational efforts＂;hope and optimism will help people to attribute success or failure to the positive causes;resilience can breakthrough the career burnout and career plateau;thanksgiving is helpful of gathering career resources;forgiveness can eliminate the negative energy in the workplace.
