兔激素性股骨头坏死发生早期的性别差异 被引量:4

摘要 目的建立雄性与雌性兔激素性股骨头缺血性坏死模型,探讨兔激素性股骨头缺血性坏死发生早期的性别差异。方法选取20只新西兰大白兔,雌雄各半,使用马血清加醋酸泼尼松龙制备兔激素性股骨头坏死模型。在激素注射完毕2周后,检测兔的甘油三酯、总胆固醇、空骨陷窝率、骨髓脂肪细胞直径与面积。结果 10只雄性动物中有8只发生了早期骨坏死,10只雌性动物中3只发生了骨坏死(P=0.025)。雄性动物造模后的甘油三酯(1.37±0.07)mmol/L、总胆固醇(1.35±0.08)mmol/L、空骨陷窝率(18.70±1.79)%、骨髓脂肪细胞面积(34.41±2.99)mm2与直径(37.27±3.37)μm均比雌性动物组有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论兔激素性股骨头缺血坏死模型发生早期存在性别差异,雄性动物更容易受激素影响发生骨损伤。 Objective To investigate early the incidence of steroid -induced osteonecrosis (ON) among male and female rabbits. Methods Twenty adult rabbits ( male : female = 1 : 1 ) were used horse serum combining prednisolone acetate to establish the animal model of steroid - induced avascular necrosis of femoral head. Haematological examinations were performed 2 weeks after the steroid injection. Two weeks after the injection, femora were histopathologically examined for the presence of ON, and the bone marrow fat cells were examined morphologically. Results Eight of ten male rabbits ( 80% ) and three of ten female rabbits (30%) developed ON. There was a significant difference in the rate of incidence of ON between male and female rabbits (P = 0.025 ). Haematologically, at 2 week after the prednisolone acetate injection ,TG and CHO in the male rabbits were significantly higher than those in the female rabbits. The bone marrow fat cells of the male rabbits were significantly larger than those of the female rabbits. Conclusion The study shows that males are more vulnerable to prednisolone acetate damage.
