异位妊娠保守治疗两种方法的比较

Comparsion of two conservative treatments of ectopic pregnancy

目的:对比观察米非司酮与甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠的疗效。方法:62例异位妊娠行保守治疗的患者,随机分为观察组31例和对照组31例,观察组单次肌肉注射甲氨蝶呤50 mg配伍口服米非司酮600 mg顿服。对照组单次肌肉注射甲氨蝶呤50 mg。结果:用药后1周,观察组血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素β亚单位(β-HCG)下降幅度明显增大,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但两组的不良反应无明显差异。结论:两种方法保守治疗异位妊娠患者均有疗效,但联合用药组治愈率高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe and compare the effect of Mifepristone and Methotrexate（MTX） to treat the ectopic pregnancy.Method Total 62 cases of ectopic pregnancy being treated conservatively were randomly divided into two groups.Thirty-one cases in the observation group and 31 cases in the control group.The observation group was interfered in by the Mifepristone and Methotrexate intramuscular injection.The control group was interfered in by the MTX intramuscular injection only.Results The β-human chorionic gonadotropin（β-HCG） decreased significantly in the observation group on the seventh day after treatment.There was significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.But the adverse reaction of the two groups had no significant difference.Conclusion The two conservative treatments of ectopic pregnancy are effective,but the cure rate of the observation group is higher than the control group.So it is valuable to apply it clinically.
