窦性心率振荡现象及其在预测心力衰竭患者危险分层中的有效性 被引量:3

摘要 自从1999年Schmidt等首先报道了室性早搏后窦性心率振荡(heart rate turbulence,HRT)现象可作为心肌梗死后患者高危预测指标的论文以来,窦性心率振荡现象已成为评价自主神经功能的一种新的无创性指标。室性早搏后窦性心律最初加速及随后减速的现象称之为窦性心率振荡现象,这种窦性心率变化一般认为是压力感受器对室性早搏所引起的低输出量的一种反应。
