水杨醛缩牛磺酸Schiff碱和还原Schiff碱的合成、晶体结构及其荧光性质 被引量:4

Synthesis,Crystal Structure and Fluorescence Properties of Taurine Condensation Salicylaldehyde Schiff Base and Reduced Schiff Base

摘要 在甲醇溶液中,水杨醛和牛磺酸经缩合反应合成了水杨醛缩牛磺酸Schiff碱(1);1用硼氢化钠还原制得对应的其还原Schiff碱(2)。1和2的结构经1H NMR,IR和元素分析表征。X-射线单晶衍射分析表明,2属单斜晶系,空间群P21/c,晶胞参数a=10.787 4(12),b=8.989 7(10),c=11.098 3(13),β=103.180(2)°,V=1 047.9(2)3,Z=4,Dc=1.466 g.cm-3,μ=0.303 mm-1,F(000)=488,R1=0.032 0,wR2=0.080 9。用荧光光谱初步探讨了1和2的荧光性质,结果表明其荧光的λmax分别位于500 nm和430 nm。1的整个发射峰在480 nm~560 nm,是一种绿光的单体。 Taurine condensation salicylaldehyde Schiff base(1) was synthesized by the condensation recaction of salicylaldehyde and taurine in the methanol solution.Reduced Schiff base(2) was obtained by the reduction of 1 by sodium borohydride.The structures were characterized by 1H NMR,IR and elemental analysis.The single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis indicated that 2 belongs to monoclinic,space group P21/c with a=10.787 4(12) ,b=8.989 7(10) ,c=11.098 3(13) ,β=103.180(2)°,V=1 047.9(2) 3,Z=4,Dc=1.466 g·cm-3,μ=0.303 mm-1,F(000)=488,R1=0.032 0,wR2=0.080 9.The fluorescence properties of 1 and 2 were investigated by fluorescence.The results indicated the λmax(FL) lies in 500 nm and 430 nm for 1 and 2,respectively.Also,the full emission of 1 lies 480 nm^560 nm.1 is a green luminous monomer.
