摘要
以对苯基二异硫氰酸酯和取代芳肼(或芳酰肼)为原料,在微波促进无溶剂条件下通过亲核加成反应,合成了一系列对称二氨基硫脲衍生物,其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR和元素分析表征。
A series of symmetrical dithiocarbohydrazide derivatives were synthesized by nucleophilic addition reaction between 1,4-phenylenediisothiocyanate and aromatic hydrazine(or arylcarbonyl hydrazine) by microwave irridiation under solvent-free conditions.The structures were characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR and elemental analysis.
