新型AMPA受体非竞争性拮抗剂的合成

Synthesis of Novel Non-competitive AMPA Receptor Antagonist

以3,4-二甲氧基苯乙酸和间氯苯甲酸为原料,经过3步反应合成了新型AMPA受体非竞争性拮抗剂——1-(3-氯苯基)-7,8-二甲氧基-3,5-二氢-2,3-苯并二氮杂艹卓-4-酮,总收率36.9%,其结构经1H NMR和MS表征。

A novel non-competitive AMPA receptor antagonist,1-（3-chlorophenyl）-7,8-dimethoxy-3,5-dihydro-benzo[d]diazepin-4-one,was synthesized by a three-step reaction of 3,4-dimethoxy-phenylacetic acid with 3-chloro-benzoic acid in total yield of 36.9%.The structure was characterized by 1H NMR and MS.
