中国高校一流体育工作指标体系研究

Evaluation index system on first-class sports work in colleges of China

一流大学体育工作是一流大学不可缺少的标志,在中国各高校创建一流大学的过程中,高校体育理应做出自己应有的贡献。一流高校体育工作的评价指标体系可以为高校体育工作确立标准、指明方向。基于成果评价的思想,通过特尔菲法筛选出了一流高校体育工作的教工体育效果、学生体育效果、体育科研效果、竞技体育效果四个一级评价指标及其二级指标,并运用层次分析法确定了各指标的权重。

A first-class sports work is indispensable to a first-class college.The sports work should make its due contributions in the process of creating the first-class college.The evaluation index system of the college first-class sports work can establish the standards and directions for the college sports work.Based on the results evaluation and through the Delphi method,four first level evaluation index were selected.They were： staff sports work results,student sports work results,sports research results,and the sports results.And their secondary index were also put out.The weight of each index was put forward by the AHP,and the final evaluation score calculation method was given as well.
