摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定了食品中山梨酸、苯甲酸、糖精钠、乙酰磺胺酸钾和脱氢乙酸等5种食品添加剂.结果表明:高效液相色谱法能够满足食品中5种食品添加剂同时测定的要求;在0~200 mg/L的线性范围内,相关系数r大于0.999 2,对5种食品添加剂的最低检出限分别为0.15、0.25、0.45、0.17、0.23 mg/kg;样品的加标回收率在94%~103%之间,相对标准偏差处于2.01%~4.20%范围内.
Five kinds of food additives(sorbic acid,benzoic acid,saccharin sodium,acesulfame potassium and dehydrogenation acetate) were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Results show that the five kinds of food additives can be simultaneously measured by HPLC.In the linear range of 0-200 mg/L,the correlation coefficient was above 0.999 2,and the lowest detection limits for sorbic acid,benzoic acid,saccharin sodium,acesulfame potassium and dehydrogenation acetate were 0.15,0.25,0.45,0.17,and 0.23 mg/kg,respectively.The average recovery of standard addition was 94%-103%,and the relative standard deviation was within 2.01%-4.20%.
