摘要
厦门会展北片区位于厦门本岛东部,厦门国际会展中心北侧,包括海峡交流中心二期、建发国际大厦、海峡国际社区等一系列标志性建筑群。根据本片区内地基土的土层分布特点和各土层的力学特性,本文对该片区超高层建筑采用TSC桩复合桩基进行了适应性分析,并通过某工程实例,对会展中心北片区超高层建筑TSC桩复合桩基进行了应用研究。本项研究对缩短建设工期、节省工程造价具有重要意义。
Based on the distribution character of soil layer and the mechanical characteristic of each soil layer in the North region of Xiamen Convention Exhibition District,the Adaptability of Composite TSC Pile Foundation for high-rise Buildings is analyzed.This region is located in the east of Xiamen Island and several projects including the Straits Exchange Center II,Kenfair International Building,International Strait and a series of landmark communities which are under construction.The Application of Composite TSC Pile Foundation for high-rise Buildings in this Area is of a great importance for shortening construction period and saving the construction cost.
