摘要 介绍了(超)超临界机组氧化皮的形成机制及过热器、再热器内壁氧化层脱落的主要条件。论述了氧化皮的主要危害,分析了机组运行方式、系统配置及材料选择与氧化皮形成的关系,提出了设计、调试及运行阶段氧化皮的防治措施。 The forming mechanism of the oxide skin in supercritical/ultra-supercritical unit and the main conditions of the oxide skin dropping in the inner wall of the superheater and the reheater were introduced.The main harms of the oxide skin were expounded.The relations between the oxide forming and the unit operation mode,the system configuration and the material selection were analyzed.The measures for preventing the oxide skin in periods of design,commissioning and operation were put forward.
