电站锅炉管道弯头超声波相控阵检测 被引量:3

Inspection of pipe bends of power plant boiler using ultrasonic phased array technology

摘要 在对省煤器至汽包联络弯头定期监测中发现超标反射信号。使用A型脉冲反射法检测,发现了缺陷信号却无法对缺陷进行准确判断;使用超声波衍射时差法对缺陷进行复检,无法检测出缺陷;使用超声波相控阵法检测后,很容易检测出缺陷,根据相控阵检测结果,能对缺陷做出准确判断。 In the periodical inspection of the connecting pipe bend from economizer to steam drum,it was found that the reflection signal exceeds the specified value.Using A scan pulse echo technology,the flaw echo could be found,but the exact defect information could not be judged.Using the TOFD technique to recheck,the defect could not be detected.When using the ultrasonic wave phased array method,the defect was detected easily.Based on the detection results of ultrasonic wave phased array method,the exact defect information could be obtained.
