低压加热器危急疏水频繁动作的治理

摘要 华电国际邹县发电厂#5机组#8B低压加热器危急疏水在机组高负荷时频繁动作,对机组的安全、经济运行带来不利影响。对故障原因进行了排查,指出#6低压加热器至#7A低压加热器的正常疏水调门弹簧断裂造成低压加热器系统B侧疏水量大于A侧,从而导致#8B低压加热器危急疏水频繁动作。更换调门的弹簧和密封圈后,危急疏水不再频繁动作。 The emergency steam trap valve of low pressure(LP) heater number 8B of unit number 5 in Huadian International Zouxian Power Plant was frequently acted under condition of high load,and this bring unfavorable influence on safety and economical operation of the unit.The reason of the fault was investigated.It is found by the investigation that the spring of regulating valve,which is installed in the normal drain pipe from LP heater number 6 to LP heater number 7A,was broken,and this caused the quantity of drain water in B side of LP heater system is larger than that in A side,and further caused the emergency steam trap valve of LP heater number 8B to act frequently.After the spring and the sealing ring were replaced,the emergency steam trap valve no longer acts frequently.
