摘要
以生产电池锌饼及锌带卷坯为条件,从设备、工艺、炉料质量和操作方法等方面论述了影响金属熔炼烧损的因素,并提出了减少金属烧损的相应措施。
The production processes of zinc slugs and zinc strips were investigated.The factors affecting the metal melting loss were discussed from equipment setup,technics,furnace charge quality and operation methods.The corresponding measures to reduce metal melting loss are given.
