摘要
深入研究了基于特征搜索的感知机制,并对感知机制在三维虚拟装配环境中进行了验证。在理论研究的基础上,以虚拟装配环境为交互场景,以虚拟手为感知机制的运行载体,以虚拟零件为感知对象的交互主体,在装配环境交互精确性高、计算复杂度低的实际要求下实现感知装配过程。实践证明基于计算感知的虚拟手对增强虚拟装配的情景真实和工艺验证起到了很重要的作用,也具有较好的性能。
This paper deeply studies the perception mechanism based on the feature searching,and validates the perception mechanism in 3-D virtual assembly environment.Based on the theory research,taking the virtual assembly environment as the interactive scenario,virtual hand as the operation carrier of perception mechanism,and virtual parts as the interactive main part of perception object,this paper realizes the perception assembly process under the practical requests of high interactive accuracy of assembly environment and low calculation complexity.The practice proves that the virtual hands based on calculation perception are of important role for enhancing the scenario authenticity of virtual assembly and validating the technics,have preferable performance.
