廿辊轧机主传动箱主齿轴轴承失效原因分析与改进

摘要 分析了法国DMS公司森吉米尔轧机主传动齿轮箱主齿轴轴承保持架失效特征及原因,并制定了轧机主传动齿轮箱结构优化措施。实施后,轧机齿轮箱在进行升、降速度以及恒速过程中无异常声音,运行平稳,延长了齿轮箱内部轴承及齿轴的使用寿命,提高了廿辊轧机的设备开动率,达到了良好的效果。 Failure causes and characteristics of main gear shaft bearing holder of French DMS Company Sendzimir mill drive spindle were analyzed in this paper,and developed a geometry optimization of drive spindle gear box.After implementation of these measures,the gear box worked steady and no abnormal noise was found when it worked in the acceleration,deceleration and constant speed condition.Service life of the gear box and the gear shaft within it was extended,and availability of twenty-high rolling mill was improved.
