提高某金矿尾矿再选回收锌选矿指标的生产实践

Operation Practice of Putting on Tailing Recovery Zn Ore Dressing on Gold Deposit

由于矿性多变、磨矿细度不够、生产使用回水不达标等多方面的影响,使选矿指标达不到试验要求。通过预先调浆,选择组合抑制剂等药剂调整,锌精矿含锌达到了50%,回收率达到了80%,提高了选矿指标。

Under the influence of polylropic mineral property,low grinding of ore and non-attained-stantard returning water,mineral dressing indices didn′t reach requires of experiment.For this reason,we took some measures,for example,conditioning pulp early,selecting composite inhibitor,finally the mass fraction of Zn of Zn-concentrate amounted to 50%,recovery ration of Zn attained to 80%.
