丝胶交联羊毛纤维的染色性能

摘要 探讨了丝胶蛋白助剂改性条件对羊毛纤维上染百分率的影响,确定出其最佳改性工艺条件。在改性羊毛最佳工艺条件的确定过程中,使用单因素法确定了丝胶用量,阳离子剂DE用量及处理时间和温度;并对改性羊毛纤维与未改性羊毛纤维的染色性能进行评价。在对改性羊毛与未改性羊毛染色性能的评价中,主要研究染料种类、染料用量、氯化钠用量、染色时间、染色温度5个因素对上染百分率的影响,并且评定了改性羊毛染色牢度效果的指标。 The best technique of wool fabric modified with sericin and the influence on dyeing percentage are discussed in this paper.The dosage of sericin and cationic agent DE,as well as the processing time and temperature axe termined by single-factor analysis.It makes a comparison of dyeing properties between modified and unmodified wool.This research focuses on the following five aspects: the types of the dyeing material,the concentration of dyeing material,the dosage of NaCl,the dyeing time and the dyeing temperature.The modified wool fabric color fastness is assessed in this paper.The research indicates that the dyeing properties and color lateness of modified wool fabric are better than unmodified wool fabric.
