摘要 综述了国内外羊毛和羊绒的鉴别技术,即形态特征分析法、化学分析法、光谱分析法、计算机图像分析法、基于蛋白质的分析法和基于DNA的分析法等6种方法,并对这些技术的基本原理、优缺点和应用范围以及存在的问题进行了分析。其中前5种方法由于受到纤维加工、气候和动物膳食的影响容易出现偏差,而以DNA为基础的检测方法较为灵敏、稳定、可靠。通过综述这些检测技术及方法对指导羊毛和羊绒检测具有一定的意义。 Cashmere is a kind of highly valuable textile material.There is too much price difference between cashmere and wool,but physical and chemical properties of them are very similar.Cashmere is often adulterated with wool during marketing,it hurts the benefits of consumers badly.With the development of techniques, the detection techniques of wool and cashmere have been improved from optical microscope method to molecular biological methods based on DNA.Traditional identification methods based on fiber characters can not meet the requirement of modern textile industry due to personal operation and individual proficiency degree.This article reviews the detection techniques of cashmere and wool both at home and abroad and discusses the principle, advantage and disadvantage,application and problems of these techniques.This article has important meanings to detect cashmere and wool.
