2-氨基-4-(4-甲氧基苯基)-6-(哌啶-1-基)-3,5-二腈基吡啶的三组分合成与表征

摘要 在甲醇溶剂中,以丙二腈、4-甲氧基苯甲醛、哌啶为原料,常温下经三组分一锅法合成得到了未见文献报道的新化合物2-氨基-4-(4-甲氧苯基)-6-(哌啶-1-基)-3,5-二腈基吡啶,收率40%。其化学结构经过1 H NMR、MS及单晶衍射进行表征。 Novel 2-amino-4-(4-methoxyphenyl)-6-(piperidin-1-yl)pyridine-3,5-dicarbonitrile is synthesized using malononitrile,4-methoxybenzaldehyde and piperidine as starting material in methanol by one-spot.The yield is 40% with three-component reaction at room temperature.The structure is confirmed by 1H NMR,MS and X-ray single crystal diffraction.
