重组人粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子中氨苄青霉素残留量的测定

DETERMINATION OF RESIDUE OF AMPICILLIN IN rhGM CSF

采用抗生素微生物测定法定量测定重组人ＧＭ－ＣＳＦ中氨苄青霉素残留量，在测定结果为阳性时用ＨＰＬＣ法作氨苄青霉素鉴别。微生物测定法最低检出量为０．００５ μｇ／ｍ ｌ，ＨＰＬＣ法最低检出量为０．００２ μｇ。本法灵敏度高，简便可行。

The antibiotics microbial assay is used to determine the residue of ampicillin in rhGM CSF. If the result shows positiveness, the HPLC method would be used to identify whether the ampicillin it is. The lowest limits of determination of the antibiotics microbial assay and the HPLC method are 0.005 μg/ml and 0.002 μg, respectively.
