用卡尔曼滤波分光光度法直接测定咳喘感冒片中对乙酰氨基酚及咖啡因的含量。两组分的平均回收率分别为１００．４％ 和１０１．２％ ，ＲＳＤ 分别为０．１３％ 和０．８９％ 。

Kalman filter spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of caffeine and paracetamol in Kechuan Ganmao tablets without separation. The average recoveries of caffeine and paracetamol were 100.4% (RSD 0.13%, n=6) and 101.2% (RSD 0.89%, n=6), respectively.
