我国地区间义务教育经费差异来源探讨

Discussion on the Sources of Disparities of Compulsory Education Expenditure among Areas in China

义务教育公平研究关注的是义务教育资源投入在地区间的差异,而公布的义务教育经费数据在地区之间的差异并不直接等同于资源投入差异。通过对我国义务教育消费各组成部分的分析,发现其在地区间差异的来源既包括教育资源投入差异,也包括地区间产品和服务的价格因素,同时每一组成部分当中的价格因素又不尽相同。

The studies of equity of compulsory education care about the disparities of the resource invested in different areas, and the disparities of the published compulsory education expenditure are not equal to the disparities of the invested resource. Through the analysis of the components of the compulsory education expenditure in China, the sources of the dispari- ties of compulsory education expenditure among different areas were revealed. And they include both the resources of education, and the price levels of product and service in different areas, while the price levels are not the same in different parts of the compulsory education expenditure.
