According to teaching philosophy of content-based instruction （CBI） and characteristics of curriculum, the feasibility of bilingual teaching on Jeppesen chart and instrument flight procedures was illustrated. The process and practices were discussed from the aspects of teaching materials, classroom organization and assessment forms. And several questions were raised on bilingual education model used in teaching aviation theory.
